Workshops

 

Participants are guided through an intentionally curated program which involves meditation, eye contact, movement and sound healing.

The evening begins with a guided meditation, this helps to calm, soothe and connect everyone.

We then move into a sharing circle where everyone is briefed about the evening to commence, followed by visual instructions on how to perform each exercise.

A Human Connection Method Facilitator will then guide you through a variety of exercises which involve eye contact, meditation, movement and dance.

There is a great flow to the evening with small breaks between each exercise, we also have a curated playlist which heightens the overall experience and connects each exercise.

Curiosity, play, authentic expression and humour are the heart of the experience and participants leave feeling refreshed and inspired having experienced meaningful connection with new friends.

We collaborate with world-class artists and musicians and you will walk away with a whole new understanding of the capacity that is available within you to deeply connect with yourself and others!
